OUR MISSION
Healing is about to change forever.

The conception of Global Healing Inc. (GHI), a humanitarian organization, in association with Global Medical Surgical Center, Inc. (GMSC), was derived by a core of individuals in four major disciplines of Medical, Science/Technology, Business Operations, and Real Estate Development. This will be achieved while keeping up with and applying the latest changes and tools in science, technology, medical, and business operations, as well as profitable yet affordable real estate development. The core individuals in each discipline have an average of 25+ years of experience. Ultimately, GHI will become a self-supportive humanitarian enterprise, bringing together medical and training centers, portable medical centers, bio-medical electronics, medical supply, telecommunications, computer migration and networking, real estate development commercial, hospital, multifamily and single-family affordable housing, and luxurious estate resort communities. The Global Healing/Global Medical Surgical Centers/Louisiana vision includes: promoting the health and well-being of the local population by providing accessible, high-quality medical care for all residents, providing unparalleled service to patients, exceeding their expectations, effectively initiating, organizing, and promoting healthcare and educational efforts that benefit the underprivileged, promoting team alliances between medical practitioners, medical supply, research and development in both bio-medical electronics and technology in telecommunications and computer networking, and hospital services, participating in disaster recovery by rebuilding lives through employment, providing sanitary housing, and controlling the spread of communicable diseases, building self-sufficient communities that supply the medical, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of its residents, and educating and providing employment placement to the underprivileged. Keys to success include: focusing on patient care, educating patients on the importance of preventative care and annual health exams, and implementing an aggressive yet accurate recall system to remind patients of the date for regular check-ups. Staff and office organization strategies include acknowledging that the office staff is just as vital (if not more so) than the physicians to the success of the organization, creating incentives for office staff members by allowing them to benefit from increased profits generated by the office, and creating a streamlined office system to minimize patients' waiting time.
